Effective date: October 3, 2026
DeportNav provides digital planning products, educational resources, interactive planning tools, and AI-assisted functionality. This policy explains how refunds, technical problems, duplicate payments, and statutory consumer rights are handled.
This policy currently covers:
Personal coaching and strategy services are not covered by this policy and may be subject to separate terms when offered.
Products are delivered electronically through the purchase and access process described at checkout. No physical products are shipped.
The Complete System includes functionality that may generate personalized reports and planning materials. Some features depend on third-party AI services and internet connectivity.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise, DeportNav does not offer voluntary refunds solely because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the product, or decides not to use it.
This does not restrict statutory withdrawal rights, rights relating to defective digital products, or other mandatory consumer protections.
If a purchased product does not function as required under the applicable contract or consumer law, contact us at info@deportnav.com.
Please include your order reference, the affected feature, and a description of the problem. Do not send sensitive immigration documents, passwords, or unnecessary personal information.
We will assess the issue and offer appropriate assistance or remedies. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include restoring functionality, bringing the product into conformity, a price reduction, or termination of the contract with a refund.
If the same purchase has been charged twice in error, contact us with the relevant transaction details. Verified duplicate charges will be corrected or refunded.
Suspected unauthorized transactions may also be reported to the payment provider or the customer's payment institution.
Consumers in Germany and the European Union may have a statutory withdrawal right for purchases made at a distance.
For qualifying digital content not supplied on a physical medium, that right may expire once performance begins, but only when all legally required conditions have been satisfied, including the customer's express consent, acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right, and the required confirmation.
Different rules may apply to digital services. Where a statutory withdrawal right remains available, customers may exercise it according to applicable law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights that may apply outside Germany.
The Complete System may use third-party AI technology to generate reports, recommendations, and planning materials.
Use of these features may create operating costs for DeportNav. Those costs do not eliminate a customer's statutory rights or otherwise determine whether a legally required refund must be provided.
AI-generated material is intended to support practical planning and should be independently checked where accuracy is important. DeportNav does not provide legal representation or individualized legal advice.
When a contract is validly terminated and refunded, access to the affected digital product may be disabled in accordance with applicable law. Any obligations relating to customer-created content or personal data will continue to be handled under applicable legal requirements.
DeportNav is operated from Germany and serves customers in multiple countries. Mandatory consumer rights applicable to a customer's transaction remain unaffected by this policy.
